Terms of use
These terms describe the website, customer account and setup experience.
Your account
Use an account you are authorized to use and keep your sign-in access secure. Create a company or accept an invitation only when you have permission to represent that company. Company administrators control the invitations and access they issue.
Setup comes first
Creating an account, signing in or choosing a package does not activate phone service, AI reception, customer messaging or a CRM connection. Those features require the relevant company setup, permissions, provider connections and any applicable billing confirmation.
Pricing and payments
Published packages describe the stated included usage and any listed extra charges. Entering the customer portal does not start a paid subscription. A payment or subscription requires a separate, explicit checkout step showing its terms.
Company information
Provide information you are authorized to share. Review company answers and AI suggestions before using them with customers. Voice recognition and AI output can be inaccurate; do not treat suggested details as confirmed bookings, verified prices or approved changes without the required review.
Responsible use
Do not use IntellaRing to deceive, harass, send unwanted communications or access information without permission. Each business is responsible for the notices, consent and permissions required for its calls, recordings and messages.
Demonstrations and availability
The public demo uses fictional examples. A demonstrated feature may require additional setup and is not proof of a connected service. Availability may change while we develop and maintain the product.
