Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides an account identifier, your email address and basic profile details such as your name. We use these to recognize your IntellaRing customer account and maintain your sign-in session.

This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. We do not receive your Google password.

Your company setup

Company names, staff invitations and setup answers are used to prepare the company account you create or are invited to join. Signing in with the same email as an existing business does not, by itself, grant access to that business, its calls or its customer records.

Cookies and security

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, request protection and your account session. Security records help prevent misuse and investigate failures. Public demonstrations use fictional data; your private company information is not used to personalize them.

Service providers

Google processes the sign-in you request. Hosting and any separately configured email, payment, phone or AI providers process information needed for the services you use. Connecting one of those services requires its own setup; Google sign-in does not activate it.

Calls and customer data

Call recordings, transcripts and CRM information belong to the business workflow using them. Access and handling depend on that company’s permissions, configuration and applicable agreements. This customer account page does not provide access to your company’s live phone workspace.

Keeping and removing information

Account and setup information is kept while needed to provide your account, maintain security or meet applicable obligations. To ask about your account information or request removal, contact vlad@intellacrm.com. Your company controls access to its own operational records.
